Profile Viktoria Balensiefen

My contribution to ideale Personalberatung is my many years of experience as an entrepreneur as well as comprehensive know-how from business and working life. I have been working in HR consultation for 15 years and I love the combination of people, technology and business.

As a “process junkie” and “performance fan”, I drive the development of ideale Personalberatung forward and I consistently take our work and search processes further so that they are perfect. With experience and efficient precision, I make sure that your search for staff will rapidly lead to success.

Due to my professional training as a Systemic Coach, I have been able to refine my consulting experience and high level of discussion competence further. I was one of the first successful graduates of the training as a Master Sourcer at Intercessio. This is a highlight which congenially supplements my practical experience.

Apart from speaking four languages and my international working experience, I am a pragmatic hands-on person, unassuming and humble, with a healthy dose of curiosity and humour. Coming from the German region of Westerwald makes me also a down-to-earth person.

Since my childhood and the “Programme with the mouse” (“Sendung mit der Maus”), I have been fascinated by manufacturing companies and I can even remember today how the glass marbles get their stripes. I love the explanations of how complex systems function, how companies work and what well-planned processes are able to achieve. Today, I am also fascinated by real innovations, good marketing and clever selling.
